Following your purchase, you will be invited to complete a detailed project form, where you will share your vision and upload a PDF copy of your floorplan.

The Fix and Flow service includes a 45-minute online consultation to review your current floorplan and discuss your needs. You will receive a tailored concept plan with expert recommendations, followed by a final CAD floorplan drawn to scale, optimised for functionality and design.

After purchasing the service, you will complete a project form where you can upload a PDF of your floorplan and provide details about your space and preferences to help us tailor the design to your needs.

We do not offer refunds due to the nature of the service.
However, we work closely with you throughout the process and offer revisions to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final design.
